James Blyth

19 year old James Blyth will be competing in the 2007 Mini Challenge in a Mini S Class, prepared by current S Class Champions, Advent motorsport. He comes to his debut year in track racing with eight years experience in karting.

In 2001 James took part in the Stars of Tomorrow series (finishing 11th) and continued a successful karting career until 2005 notching up a number of wins in both Junior and Senior series.

In 2005 James set the Senior TKM Extreme Lap record at Buckmore Park, which still stands today!

Working as an Insurance Sales Broker in Norfolk, James' hobbies include numerous sports including tennis, golf and football which will ensure he is fighting fit for the rigours of racing! Aside from the physical James also has a musical side and is a keen guitar player. A good level of spoken French will set him in fine stead as his long term ambition is to race at the highest level of Saloon and Touring Car Action.
